Registered Nurse Manager

 

A leading children's hospital is searching for a Registered Nurse Manager to join their team.   

 
In this position you will:

• Be responsible for planning, implementing, organizing and evaluating all services for the home care program
• Supervise and evaluate all department staff and monitor job performance and completion of evaluations and coaching of staff
• Support mission to provide the highest quality care by complying with regulatory guidelines, meeting facility standards, and obtaining appropriate certification
• Ensure that patient care is coordinated and managed appropriately

 

 

Please be advised that we are only considering nurses with the following:

 

• Current RN Licensure in New York State
• Bachelor Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 2 years of home health nursing experience
