Registered Nurse HEDIS Project Leader

One of the region's largest physician-owned independent physician associations (IPA) is looking for a Registered Nurse HEDIS Project Leader seeking a temporary position.
 
In this position you will:

• Develop goals and initiatives for the HEDIS project
• Initiate and maintain contact with provider offices
• Review and identify appropriate chart documentation
• Oversee and assist with the collection and collation of chart documentation
• Train and supervise temporary and permanent staff
• Set and monitor target progression
• Design reporting formats and prepare and present reports

Please be advised that we are only considering nurses with the following:
 

• Current RN Licensure
• Minimum Associates Degree in Nursing; Bachelor Degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years chart review and health information abstraction experience
• Proven proficiency in HEDIS data collection
• Project management and supervisory experience
