Cook: You will prepare hot and cold meals to order for in-house guests and carry-out customers, check work schedule for assigned duties, menu changes, daily specials, promotions, and featured items. You are responsible to perform inspection of the grill and cold side workstations and quality checks on food items, rotate date sensitive items, verify supplies and prepare for operations.
Dishwasher: You get kitchenware/utensils, dining room dish and glassware, load racks into and operate dishwasher, unload, return, and store clean items in the appropriate storage areas. You check the work schedule for assigned duties and perform inspection of service room workstation.
Fountain Worker: You prepare, package, deliver, and cash-out guests in the fountain area, as well as prepare ice cream and fountain items for in-house guests. You’re responsible to explain menu items and answer questions regarding ingredients and preparation, to take, verify, and log guest orders into the computer accurately; to set-up seasonal decorations and promotional material and to ensure entire area and products are presentable for sale.
Greeter: You stock the station with menus, table tents, kid menus, crayons, activity books, markers, pens, set-up seating chart and fill balloons. You determine customer’s needs and desires, accommodate them to the best of your ability and according to seating rotation as appropriate, and escort the guests to the table, keep eye contact, and engage them in conversation to make them feel comfortable and welcome.
Server: You greet and seat guests, present featured products, take customer orders and deliver prepared meals, beverages and desserts to guests in the dining area. You take guest orders accurately, write clearly on guest check, verify orders with guests, and enter into computer or present to appropriate kitchen personnel as required.
