Formed in 1993, Heritage Medical Associates is the combined practice of several Nashville-based physician groups that have a long history of service to this community.
The year of 2006 started out with fifty physicians in our practice with additional physicians scheduled to come on board before the year's end.

In an era of dynamic change occurring in the delivery of health care services the philosophy of the Heritage Medical Network, Inc., (HMN) is that physicians have a unique opportunity to guide the development of innovative and responsive patient care systems. The physician should lead the creation of partnerships which will best serve the needs of patients with quality care and efficient management. In order to provide each patient with a comprehensive treatment approach, Heritage Medical Associates is made up of physicians from different areas of medicine, including Allergy, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology, Neurology, Radiology, Dermatology, Endocrinology, Rheumatology and Psychiatry. This array of physician specialties, combined with our staff of nurses and support personnel, better helps to see that each patient receives a full continuum of care, delivered in an individualized, compassionate manner.
