Late Phase Conduct -Radiant is comprised of more than 25 wholly-owned premier clinical research centers nationwide. Our clinical research centers provides a critical service to biopharmaceutical companies by recruiting study participants into clinical research, conducting the clinical research protocol and collecting the data necessary to support the safety and efficacy of the drug company's product to the FDA. Our client list includes every major pharmaceutical company and contract research organization and many biotechnology and medical device companies. We customize our services to meet your specific clinical development needs. We are thought leaders preventative cardiology, men’s and women’s heath, endocrinology, metabolism, and nutrition and functional foods. Health Plan
The Radiant health plan includes medical, prescription, dental, and vision coverage provided by Premera Blue Cross.

Life Insurance
Group term life insurance through Prudential is provided for eligible employees at no cost. Employees have the option to purchase dependent coverage and to "buy up" their life insurance at their own expense.

Accidental Death & Dismemberment
AD&D is provided for eligible employees at no cost. Employees have the option to "buy up" their AD&D insurance at their own expense.

Short Term Disability
The short-term disability benefit provides for a portion of weekly earnings to employees for approved disabilities. This coverage is provided by Prudential at no cost to employees. Employees have the option to "buy up" their short-term disability at their own expense.

Long Term Disability
The long-term disability benefit provides a portion of monthly earnings to employees for approved disabilities. This coverage is provided by Prudential at no cost to employees. Employees have the option to "buy up" coverage at their own expense.

Flex Plan
