  Health and dental insurance are available to full-time employees through Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield at a reasonable cost to the employee.

  The company fully funds a Retirement Plan through annual contributions for qualified employees. In addition, employees are allowed to participate in a 401(k) savings plan and can contribute up to 6% of their total compensation that Carter will match from $.75 to $1.25 per $1.00 that the employee contributes, depending on years of service.
