Medical
The company pays a major portion of the cost of medical coverage. You'll share in the cost, with premiums payroll-deducted on a pre-tax basis. The TA site you choose often determines which medical program you will participate in. Benefits will become effective on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment.

PPO = $15 to $30
HMO varies from location to location.
Voluntary Dental
Employees pay premiums on a pre-tax basis and can choose between two plans. The ProDirect One plan is for more common dental procedures; the ProDirect Two plan is for more complex dental services.
Life and Disability Plans
The company pays a major portion of the cost for Life and Disability coverage.
Life and Disability Coverage
12 weeks maximum benefit period at 80% of base salary.
Long Term Disability Coverage (LTD)
Coverage begins after 90 days and the employee receives 60% of base salary up to the age of 65 offset by social security benefits.
Life Coverage
A $5,000 life insurance policy, which provides an additional $5,000 in the case of accidental death or serious injury. This benefit improves to $7,000 for employees with 3+ years of services.
Business Travel Life Insurance
The company pays this benefit in full. The coverage amount is $300,000 for business travel.
Vacation
After one full year of employment, vacation accrues as follows:
1-5 Years = 10 Days
6-15 Years = 15 Days
16+ Years = 20 Days
Paid Holidays
You're eligible for paid holidays beginning the first of the month following 6 months of continuous employment. There are six paid holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Educational Assistance
After six months, we'll pay 75% of the cost of courses directly related to your current job responsibilities or which contribute to your advancement in the company.
401K
Employees 19 and over who have worked 12 months (1,000 hours) can contribute between 1 and 50 percent of their total compensation, with the company matching $.50 for each $1.00 you contribute up to 4 percent.
