From the very first greeting by our friendly staff, you will know that Wadsworth Glen is a very special place. Our 102 bed nursing facility is comitted to providing outstanding quality health care, while respecting our residents' individuality. Personal needs, both medical and emotional, are our top priority. We want residents to feel positive about themselves.
Wadsworth Glen offers long term care, respite and rehabilitative care, consisting of short-term stays are also important services we provide. Heritage Commons, an apartment complex located on our grounds, is also available. It is designed for adults who can live independently, yet desire special supportive services.
Our mission is to deliver the highest quality of care. Our goal is to return each patient to his or her most functional level of independence, with our ultimate goal of returning the patient to home, if appropriate, as quickly as possible.
