Benefits for full time and part time employees are available and include:
Medical insurance, dental insurance and a prescription plan. Several plans are available and the co-payments are related to the number of hours worked, type of insurance chosen and the number of people being covered.
Paid Time Off provides for compensation of vacation, holiday and short term illnesses. Part time employees receive a pro-rated amount based on the hours worked.
Pension plan, direct deposit, tax sheltered annuity plan, employee federal credit union and an educational assistance program are also available.
William G. Rohrer Center for HealthFitness reduced membership fee. Each Virtua employee is entitled to a one-time waiver of the enrollment fee and a continuing 20% discount off of the standard monthly dues.
