Mortgage Loan Originator Trainee Program
Weichert Financial Services is actively recruiting Mortgage Loan Originator Trainees to learn the skills necessary to join our best in class team of Mortgage Loan Originators.
This position offers a base pay and a full benefits package as well as paid time off, 401K, etc.
A Mortgage Loan Originator is responsible for utilizing sales skills, analytical skills, relationship development skills, and good business judgment to create new mortgage clients through the sale of loan products and programs to a wide variety of prospects. The Mortgage Loan Originator Trainee position is designed to improve the Trainee’s skills while preparing them for future Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) positions within the company. After receiving their federal and individual state loan originator licenses and fulfilling all of the Company’s requirements necessary, the Trainee may be transferred into an MLO position.

Candidate Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED, college degree is preferred
- Previous sales experience
- Knowledge of basic math skills
- Self motivated and possess a good work ethic
- Interest in becoming a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator
