Yoh has a contract opportunity for an Inside Software Sales Representative to join our customer. Positions are available in Newtown Square, PA; Scottsdale, AZ; Toronto, ON; and Vancouver, BC.
Position Summary:
Primary purpose is to provide pipeline creation, opportunity creation, manage lead flow to region, and align with marketing and sales organizations objectives. Provide coverage capacity to ensure relationship continuity via telephone, email and activity management.
Responsibilities:
Account and Relationship Management
- Proactive territory relationship coverage of specified accounts/contacts.
- Actively understand the makeup of the Business Partner, understand how they use technology in current environment, future plans, purchasing processes, etc.
- Identify, create and manage sales opportunities within set of assigned accounts/contacts
- White Space analysis and execution of initiatives (up sell and cross sell) primarily on installed base.
- Update CRM with customer intelligence
- Accept marketing generated leads as opportunities
- Execute sales initiatives to identify and acquire new potential customers
- Manage opportunities within the assigned Field Sales Representatives territory to ensure account development and opportunity progression through the sales pipeline
- Execute responsibilities while driving to/meeting Quality Program goals
Activity Management
- Provide relationship management support and activity management via telephone, e-mail and web to ensure customer satisfaction and goal achievement.
- As necessary, leverage field resources or channel partners to manage sophisticated or complex transactions. Marketing resource from regional, industry perspectives. VE, SE resources. Partner alliance managers and sales teams.
