Customer References - Reporting and KPI Analyst to join our customer in New York, NY
PROJECT OVERVIEW
- The Reference Initiative’s goal is to improve the quality of Customer References by increasing the number of holistic reference customers and creating richer content designed to meet customer reference requests.
- Key objectives for the remainder of 2009 include:
- Deliver 250 Strategic References, build & manage strategic customer relationships with key accounts
- Build processes to deliver increased depth of content on our customers in a ‘one-touch’ model
- Create a Catalog of Services to increase productivity & self-service via scalable programs, systems & tools
- Build best practice reference services to drive current & future revenue opportunities
- Develop engagement models & training to influence & accelerate change management
RESPONSIBILITIES
- The selected candidate will drive reporting definition, documentation, quantitative analysis & business requirements for the project.
- This individual will be driving the overall KPI development / alignment and analyze various existing reporting metrics used today to recommend a consolidated future state strategy for joint KPI review.
- The candidate will participate in meetings and planning sessions as required to provide recommendations and input based on stakeholder feedback.
- References Reporting
- Develop report standard based on new reference KPIs
- Collaborate with internal (CVM members) and external teams for information delivery and reporting schedule
- Deliver references reports aligned to CVM budget numbers References Intelligence and analysis
- References is starting a new process called “reference intelligence" for all stakeholders receiving reference acquisition support
- Develop format to the analysis (i.e. what information constitutes reference intelligence, what systems does it come from, what sort of “customer voice" feedback is involved and incorporated, etc.)
- Collaborate with global reference teams to standardize
- Develop scheduled calls with identified stakeholders to review “reference intelligence"
- Incorporate pieces into standard references reporting listed above
