Yoh has an opening for a
NOC Surveillance to join our customer in Overland Park, KS. This is a contract opening.
Job Duties:
- This is a 24x7 environment – candidates must be open to ANY shift, indicate shift preference in submittal comments.
- Provide proactive and reactive network surveillance, troubleshooting, coordination and restoration of service affecting or potentially service affecting network events/issues.
- Direct activities and provide complex technical assistance to field maintenance personnel while minimizing customer impact.
- Provide trouble tracking, coordination, notification, escalation and documentation with minimal direction and guidance Implement and manage restoration activities to ensure minimal service disruption and impact to customers.
- Analyze symptoms for accurate isolation of complicated customer and network problems with minimal assistance.
- Perform trend analysis to identify chronic network anomalies.
- Dispatch field resources to appropriate network site locations and coordinate trouble resolution.
